Sullivan: Bush "out of his mind"

I know Andrew Sullivan is a favorite whipping boy...uh, sorry... of the liberal blogosphere, but I've always kinda liked the guy, even if he's a bit unhinged himself to think he is, in reality, a Republican.

Still, I'll take support for a Democratic majority anywhere I can find it.
And it is definitely here.
