Focusing so much on politics is damaging my health at this point. Recently, I've found that the least little upset is having a very negative impact on managing my symptoms. When watching a news report on a not terribly active day sends you on repetitive journeys from bed to bathroom for 12 hours, it's time to find a new hobby.
So, expect possibly fewer posts or more diversity in postings. Depending.
